1. How will I receive my files after purchase?
Right after completing your payment, you'll receive an email with a unique download link.
You can download your bundle as a single .zip archive, and the link will remain available to you permanently — you can access it anytime at your convenience.
2. What should I do if I didn’t receive the download email?
First, check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folders — the email may have landed there.
If you still can’t find it, please contact us via the support form or send us an email, and we’ll send your files manually as soon as possible.
3. What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive STL files that are fully prepared for 3D printing.
All models come in a .zip archive for easy downloading and unpacking. The files are compatible with most modern 3D printers.
4. Can I use the models for commercial purposes?
No, all models are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only.
